After my last ENT experience I wasn't expecting much more than 5 minutes, a big bill, and being dismissed with hay fever (after nearly a year of monthly antibiotics). I was having a serious issue and had gotten nowhere at another place. This guy, he blew me out of the water. He spent nearly an hour addressing my concerns and helped compile a game plan with my other specialist. He even reviewed my giant pile of records. I honestly got to the point where I felt like I was taking advantage of the guy... I seriously considered pulling out a tip. Then I remembered how broke I was after blowing all that money on the other ENT that wasn't good for anything but billing me. This guy was amazing and I can't say how happy I am to have found someone who is not only well educated, but cares enough to delve deep into the cold abyss that is my medical record. You won't go wrong with this guy.
