I chose 4 stars because I think they are a great runned store all types of supplies.I think that they should have an area where we can hold the animals or something to get to know them more, also one employee I do not know her name but she wasn't very nice she just really wanted to get us done with and out of the store. These are the reasons I chose 4 stars!
I shop here for all my pet supplies they always have what I need and if they don't they will get it for me.
Very clean. For a smaller store they still have a large variety of brands to choose from.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. No one ever answers the phone. The Manager actually told me there are no groomers available. Why is this store even here if they don't have adequate staff? Let's get a more competetent pet store in Pawleys Island.
Poor reptiles are kept in improper temperatures and humidity's. Baby ball pythons at 28 percent humidity and almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If you are going to kill the poor snakes please use a more humane method!
