This is our second year at Lowcountry Preparatory School and we love that the staff and teachers are family focused and provide a superior education. Highly recommend LPS!
This was the ideal school for me to find after more than 30 years in public education. I loved the small independent school, filled with fabulous intelligent educators, motivated students, and caring parents. My only regret is that the school is too far from my Maine family!
My son attended Lowcountry Preparatory School for a number of years and it was a very positive experience for him as an individual and our family as a whole. When I asked him what he found different about the school, he said two things stood out. "Dad, at Lowcountry it isn't cool not to do your best and try to be successful in class, and you can leave things like iPads and laptops in your open locker without people stealing them." That sort of description should be applicable to every learning institution!
So happy that we discovered Lowcountry Preparatory School for our daughters who are in middle school. The small class size, personal attention and focus on learning make it truly a unique environment. The teachers truly care about the students and are in tune with the students' progress. To layer that with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program that will begin in the Upper School in the 2016-17 academic year....what an amazing place to be in school.
