Dr Schwartz and Dr Loader get 5 stars, and have been amazing during my treatment. I am however annoyed by the staff, they do not return my calls, or fill out the proper paperwork for my HR/Claims dept. Scheduling an appt has usually been a smooth process, but that's even becoming a stress full situation. When the staff is on the phone, and your standing in the window, they ignore you completely. A simple acknowledgment is all that is required. They seem very disorganized as well in the front office. I referred a new patient to you, and they expressed their frustration to me as well. I think some training in organization, smiles and urgency would be a welcome change.
Very easy to get an appointment. If you are new to Pawleys you are familiar with "not accepting anymore patients or waiting 6 months for one. Frankly, I don't want a Dr. like that. The admin staff were great and efficient. I saw Dr. Loader and he actually listened and figured out something that 3 other Dr's couldn't or didn't want to as long as they got their $$. He listened to me instead of looking at "stats". Will not go anywhere else.
