A nice young man came out to measure and I was called with a tentative date of installation. The only glitch was a backorder on one product, but they let me know what was going on and how that would affect my installation date. Realistically, as with all remodels, some small things had to be adjusted on the job. As a whole, I was impressed with their creativity, installers, how they managed their crews and communicated with me. I couldn't be more happy with my finished remodel!

One Stop Designer Experience! I was remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, had some ideas but wanted traditional with a flair. Once hearing my thoughts and asking questions, Stephanie guided me in selecting cabinets, countertops, shower tile, backspashes and flooring. My decorating overwhelm and decorating confusion diminished!
Unfortunately, we could never get an estimate. Salesperson came (late) and measured but after a month and several followup phone calls we never received the estimate on the tile job. Each phone call he was either "working on it right now" or seemed to have completely forgotten who we were.
